ACES is an independent dealer of sophisticated technology made by Automated Logic that monitors and controls building energy consumption. My role within the company, along with front desk responsibilities, spans from coordinating social media content to creating marketing materials for company-wide events.
Social Media
ACES’ social media can best be described as a digital business card. While many of our posts highlight projects, our unique selling point is our customer service. Unlike any other building automation company, ACES offers on-the-ground support from trained technicians, 24/7 support and in-house training for customers. Since personal support is embedded into the ACES brand, why not promote it on social media? Along with content that highlights our progress, I pay an equal amount of attention on how our team builds customer loyalty through human interaction. Consistency and cadence is how our social media significantly improved over the last 6 months.

I assisted with the unveiling of our updated website. Along with contributing to the overall functionality of the site, I helped write and edit organic, long form content like project summaries.
Event Marketing
For Automatic Controls’ annual Customer Appreciation Day event, I spearheaded all artwork and copy for physical and digital invitations, signage and mailing letters. In order to increase attendance from the previous year, I strategized more ways to engage customer turnout, further explained in the slide deck below.
